By accessing and using Eduxie ("Service," "Platform," "we"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These terms apply to all users, including students, teachers, administrators, parents, and school institutions. By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
Eduxie is designed exclusively for educational purposes. The Service is intended to facilitate communication, assignment management, and administrative functions within K-12 and higher education institutions.
Users agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Service.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We strongly recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) if available.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support@eduxie.tech immediately. Eduxie is not responsible for loss of data or service disruption due to compromised account credentials.

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality (such as logos, text, graphics, and code), is owned by Eduxie, its licensors, or other providers of such material and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
Users retain ownership of content they create (such as assignments or announcements) within the Service. Users grant Eduxie a license to use such content solely for providing and improving the Service.
Eduxie strives to maintain high availability and reliability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform scheduled maintenance or make updates that may temporarily affect availability.
We maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA for paid customers as outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA). In the event of service disruptions, Eduxie will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eduxie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if Eduxie has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The total liability of Eduxie for any claim arising from or related to this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Eduxie in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Eduxie reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the Service.
Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitute acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with changes, you may discontinue use of the Service.
Eduxie may terminate or suspend user accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited conduct. Users may request account deletion by contacting support@eduxie.tech.
Upon termination, user's right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete account data according to our data retention policy.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eduxie, its founders, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
